Yesterday all our Year 9 students participated in the UNAA Pathways to Peace Model United Nations.
In teams they represented a country and debated motions and negotiated on behalf of their country. It was an opportunity to experience the workings of the United Nations and International diplomacy and a deeper understanding of each country through researching and debate.

This week at the Primary School Soloists Evening we were treated to a rich array of performances from our talented Primary students from Years 1 to Year 6. Held on campus in two venues, enjoyed by audiences of families and staff, it was an opportunity for our students who study music to experience a live solo performance of their work.

Our Year 8 Camp was held at the stunning Lake Eildon, where students embraced a week of outdoor education designed to challenge them both physically and mentally. The program featured a variety of activities, including abseiling, raft building, high ropes, hiking, rock climbing, and overnight tent camping. Our experiential learning programs at AGS evoke self-reflection, self-awareness and independence, toward our Gateways program that shapes an informed view of the world. We are thrilled with the achievements of our Primary Hot Shots Tennis Team. What a week it has been, earlier this week the team went on to win at the Divisional Final and today competed in the Regional Final. We are so proud of our students who fought it out on the courts against some talented opposition. With determination and teamwork, they achieved a third placing. Well done! 🎾
