Alphington Grammar School’s Mother’s Day event is always a highlight on the School calendar. 

It is with great delight that Alphington Grammar School announces a most distinguished gathering: A Royal Affair – Mother’s Day High Tea.

The event will take place at the esteemed Grand Ballroom of The Windsor Hotel shall open its doors on Saturday, 2 May 2026.

The Mother’s Day raffle is a chance for everyone to get involved, even if you can’t attend on the day. Tickets are now on sale and will be drawn at 2:30pm at the High Tea with all winners notified.

Join the Alphington Grammar community for an afternoon of Alice in Wonderland inspired High Tea.

When: Sunday 4 May

Time: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Location: The Terrace, Royal Botanical Gardens, Melbourne. Entry Corner of Alexander Avenue and Anderson Street, South Yarra

You will be treated to a sumptuous high tea with sweet and savoury delights with bottomless tea/coffee

  • A glass of bubbly/wine or soft drink on arrival
  • Raffles and prizes will be drawn and won at the High Tea
  • Guest speaker, children’s author Jullianne Negri
